Gren Tours came to Future Perfect as one of London’s top Tour Guides according to TripAdvisor.co.uk, but still running a very home-spun website. It was looking dated and over-worded, so simplification and a more logical navigation of the content was essential.

By utilising CMS, dividing content into categories and sub-categories automatically, we achieved a more accessible site that has been easier for visitors to navigate.

For the 2014 re-vamp of the site, we added full eCommerce functionality, built directly into the site and linked to the Facebook page for the business. We were able to greatly improve navigation, Google response, and customer focus. The use of eCommerce has greatly streamlined the site, making everything more accessible and logical.
